"Update: I wrote this review 6 years ago, according to maps, and I stand by it still. Finding good coverage is challenging. Finding live humans who answer the phone and walk you through questions and give actual answers are even more rare. The staff at Sarah's office are kind, caring, responsive, and well-informed. If State Farm is an option for you, Sarah's crew is still the one to choose.

"Ever since I wrote the original review below 5 years ago, things have gone downhill. Costs across all policies have nearly doubled and nobody from the agency has reached out to provide any rhyme or reason. A bill comes in the mail and the client is expected to pay whatever it tells them to pay - no friendly call/email, no reasoning, just pure stereotypical insurance industry at it's finest. Increasing costs for doing less; sitting back collecting fees.
